Just in case anyone else has problems with Windows 10, this works. Basically, turn on your camera without the SD card, while plugged to the computer. Then, while still plugged to the computer, turn the camera off. Insert the SD card, and then turn on the camera again. You should now see iLauncher. dbl play login
